Elle got to go out and shoe skate on the frozen reflecting pool in front of the Capitol. After it was all over, the kids went up and took pictures right in front of the Capitol podium where President Obama spoke.: Toby, Lauren, Katharine and Elle at their location for the viewing of the inaugural swearing-in ceremony — out on the National Mall.
